If you know me, you know I’ll take any excuse to travel to Texas for a wedding, especially when it is at The Emerson. Carly and Canyon’s Emerson Texas Wedding was a dream with this chic western design by Kendyl at Everything Bridal Events and all of the details. Kendyl was so great to work with throughout the day and the planning process and I look forward to working with her again in the future. The Emerson is in Kaufman, Texas located just outside of Dallas Texas and one of the best venues to be at. It’s truly a photographer’s dream filled with endless locations for photos and the best staff to work with. I first visited Emerson last June for a styled shoot and was thrilled to be back for Carly and Canyon’s wedding day.

I am so grateful to know Canyon and Carly and their sweet families. It was such a joy to celebrate them on this day and to get to know them throughout the wedding planning process. Their day was filled with the most beautiful florals from Angelic Garden Florist and fun details like their customized newspaper, a champagne tower, and lots of cowboy boots. And of course, no Texas wedding is complete without the most fun dance party and copperhead road.
