Family photographs were never meant to be boring. I used to dread taking family photographs, but now it's one of my favorites. As a documentary photographer, my goal is to do simply that: document. I always encouraged families to come as their full authentic selves and embrace the chaos. Let the kids be kids and allow yourself the freedom to be present in each moment.
